In addition to being deeply passionate about problem-solving, I’m also a very social person. I thrive on building connections and fostering relationships. My journey started with a strong foundation thanks to a Master’s Degree in General Engineering, and a genuine commitment to operational excellence which is a philosophy that focuses on improving processes to achieve the highest level of efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. This naturally led me to embark on a career dedicated to optimising workflows and driving change management where I help organisations embrace new ways of working. After a few years, I became a qualified Lean Six Sigma Project Manager, immersing myself even deeper in the world of optimisation, removing bottlenecks, and boosting overall performance.
I’ve collaborated with leading organisations across various industries for several years. These experiences have led me to believe that all businesses, regardless of their size, should have access to the principles of operational excellence and its proven strategies.
